This recipe was so simple to make, and a real winner as far as taste and flavor goes. I got it off of Pinterest. The link was bad, so I don’t really know who to credit, but the picture showed what was in it, and the comments had some info. I sort of just looked at that, and made up the rest. Regardless, it tastes great, and requires very little effort.
  • 1-1/2 pounds of thinly sliced Steak {skirt, flank or ribeye to name a few}
  • 4 tablespoons All Purpose Flour, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup sliced Crimini Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup finely diced Yellow Onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Fresh Garlic {about 2 small cloves}
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1-1/4 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine {Pinot Grigio}
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 ounces Egg Noodles, cooked as directed on package
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish
